When I work with personal brands, I ask a lot of material about their products, their company, their storytelling, their niche, their previous customers, their sales calls, what worked and what didn't.

Through active listening and reading I get a clear idea on what to write on the page to get tangible results.

Understanding means also having a lot of empathy and knowing how to put myself in the customer's shoes.
