Where do we start if I decide to work with you?
- We will have the first Zoom call, where we get to know each other and we see if we're a good fit.
We're all different and you need to make sure I am what you need just like I have to make sure the same about you.
- When we agree to work together I will send you a detailed proposal, that defines all the details of the projects, the scope, the fee and the deadlines. This pdf document gives us the chance to be on the same path and get clear on the goal of the project. Of course, it also give you the chance to know the size of the investment.
But in order to give you a detailed proposal I have to ask you all the materials I need for the project.
If there is something lacking from these materials I will send you a quesitonaire with the information I need.
Only after that I will be able to send you the proposal.
- When you accept the proposal we will then sign a contract, so that both of us have all the details of the collaboration on signed paper. We can either use one I create or the one you use, if your legal team already has one.
This contract will contain the specifics of your project and will outline exactly what I will be delivering, including project deadlines, the price of the project and terms of payment.
Please note: I require 50% of the project total prior to commencement and then 50% at the end of the project, when I will send you the invoice. I will begin work on your project as soon as we have both signed the contract and 50% payment has cleared.
For the payment I accept bank transfer or PayPal.
How do you research for my project?
To produce the best writing material, my research process is comprehensive.
First of all, I take a deep look at the discovery questionnaire with your answers, since it will contain useful information not only about your company, but also about your market, your audience and what worked in the past for your offers. This is very important, since you, and your employees if required, will give me a deep insight on the best strategy.
Along with this, I will analyze your material to get deeply in the voice and tone of your copy: in order to do this, I will take a deep look not only at your website and the material you give me, but also the ads you are already running and everything that could be helpful.
As needed, I will reach out to you for any additional details, and other resources. Be assured any information I receive is held securely.
By undertaking thorough research, this will help me understand your product, your voice, and your customer’s core emotional purchase drivers.
In case of start-ups or companies that don’t use much copy yet or don’t have enough data, together we will figure out the best strategy for you’re your product or service thanks to market research.

How do you carry out our collaboration?
While working on your project, communication is key in order to be on the same page. Some clients like to leave me working on their project and wait until I have completed the first draft, others prefer having a consistent communication and update. I am happy either way.
I tend to keep the client updated with my work, but let me know how often you would like to communicate and the best way to reach out to you, so that there is no misunderstanding.
It’s also important to know who is the person you want to be contacted through the working process.
How do you deliver the texts?
I generally use Word files or Google Docs to be sent you by email or other channels.
In the case of emails, I can also directly use your CRM if you want, but it will have an additional 10% on the fee and you will have to show me the right way to use it.
I generally schedule the delivery of the first draft so that you can take a look at the work and review it. This way we can see clearly how the job will be done and what can be done better. At this stage, it is important to check that the tone, message and offer are right.
I can fine tune the copy during the following drafts. During the agreement of terms we will decide on timescales for first draft.
Do you do revisions if we require them?
The answer depends on the specifics of the project.
However here is some general information.
After you have reviewed the first draft, you will likely want to make some changes. You will have the chance to give me comments or suggestions, even on the text file. I will then review those changes and suggestions and according to them I will modify the piece of copy. There we will have the second draft.
If after the second draft you need other changes, I will have to charge you a little price for every additional revision.
As a consequence, for every project you have one revision included. This means you can have your project revised once after the delivery free of charge. That being said, I want you to be a happy customer and I want your copy to be effective: you can be confident that I will work on your copy until you are delighted with the final piece.
I fully recognize that we are writing for your customers and I will defer to you as much as possible. If I feel your suggested changes will not work and will hurt profits, please expect me to feed this back to you, I wouldn’t be a good copywriter if I didn’t. I think it is key to work together to get the best for your business.
Once all revisions are complete, I will submit a final draft to you.
Once I receive this approval from you, I will invoice for the remaining 50% of the project investment.
If you send the text to a graphic designer or web designer or any other professional to get the final work done you can also ask me for a review in terms of copy.

As we agree on the contract, with your permission, I am willing to put my work on my portfolio, so that other people can see how I work. It is an important part of my freelance work to let other potential clients see how I can help them in practice.
